It starts with food…

How do you get started with eating in a way that is not dieting, but instead it is a way of life? We will teach you eating habits that will last you a lifetime.

Depending on your goals and your individual needs, we will guide you to achieve what you would like in one of our Individual Nutrition Programs:

  1. INP Basic Nutrition Guide (INP BNG): get a personalized plan and execute it yourself (1- time fee).

  2. INP 1 on 1 coaching (INP 1o1): make a plan with your coach and they will guide you every step of the way (monthly fee).

Training.

Keep moving…

Do you want to reach physical goals, whether they are strength, endurance, or sports specific; or do you just want to get in better shape and learn how to fuel your body according to your goals along the way?

Then our Individual Training Program (ITP) is for you: we will determine your baseline and will guide you to where you want to be.

Lifestyle.

Being healthy & feeling good…

In both our Individual Nutrition Program (INP) and Individual Training Program (ITP), life coaching is involved. When you want to change habits towards a healthier lifestyle, sometimes it will involve other aspects of life: for example sleep, stress management, aligning values with goals, finding purpose … These aspects will be addressed when and if needed.
